You just have to say yes. We'll walk with you from there.

- You'll be helped to clarify your calling, exploring where you feel drawn and what places of need speak to you
- You'll be equipped through training, resources, and formation, growing in confidence and skill
- You'll be mentored, affirmed, and released by the community around you, with real clarity on what comes next
- You'll take faithful action in your own context, sharing what you've received with others
- You'll reflect on what's grown, notice where God has been at work, and celebrate the small wins along the way
- You'll be encouraged to mentor someone else in turn, inviting others into their own journey
- You'll help light new lanterns, releasing others and watching the movement multiply
